Platform Usage Rules

Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the peluang88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported methods including internet banking (FPX), local e-Wallets and bank transfers. We do not accept direct payments in foreign currencies and any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposits are processed in accordance with platform policy and credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as your peluang88 account. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be rejected and may trigger a further investigation.
Peluang88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes or to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures where required. Users must provide valid identity verification documents upon request. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal processing being suspended.
Any refund requests, cancellations or transaction disputes must be submitted to the support team within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.

Account Suspension & Closure

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any claimable balance is subject to management's decision upon completion of the investigation. Account closure decisions made by peluang88 are final.
